How soon shall we reach out?

As early as you can. (Even before engagement is totally cool!)

Why do I have to pay a deposit?

The purpose of the deposit is to lock in your date + time. If you cancel last minute, I most likely would have been able to book someone else during that period. I do not write anything down in my calendar until the deposit has been paid, making your desired time slot up for grabs. Nothing is booked until the deposit has been paid.

When do I pay the rest of the price?

The remainder of your session + travel fee is due immediately following your shoot before we both depart. No images will be delivered until the final payment is made. The way my booking system is set up is in two increments: deposit + final payment.

Do you offer prints or albums?

Absolutely. You can order from the BEST quality prints labs that I have hand-selected. I will send you my special offer.

How do I know if we are a good fit?

If you are a pretty chill and go with the flow type of person and love adventuring, experiencing something new together with your family or partner, and you just want to have a good time, then I think we’ll work really well together! I don’t stress too much, and we take breaks when needed. I’m there to experience it with you and to document your honest and complete story, in the exact season you are in.

How long do you store our images?

I clean out my client files every 6 months and cannot guarantee that I will backup the images for you, so be sure to download the images and create your own backups. I do not store the raw files for more than 6 months.

Will you re-touch (photoshop) how I look?

No, I do not retouch or alter my client’s appearance. Only if there is stain or some dirt on you or clothes, or there is a blemish you want to be removed.

Do you travel?

Heck yeah I do! My destination weddings/elopements are limited to 2-3 per year, but tell me where your love is taking us, and I’ll let you know if I have that date available!

Do you charge travel fees?

A travel fee may be applied if a location is out of Amsterdam.

How soon will we get our photos?

I deliver about 20-50 “sneak peek” photos within 24 hours after your wedding day, and your final gallery will be delivered within 2 Months of wedding day on an online gallery with full download & printing rights.

I really enjoyed my photoshoot with Lucia! She’s super warm and friendly and knows how to direct well. The whole time we felt like it was a fun date, instead of freezing and feeling awkward in front of the camera. I love our photos too as they feel like they’re straight out of a movie. Lucia helped my fiancé in coordination with a picnic planner to help with a surprise proposal! I loved each moment and I wish I could replay that day all over again. She also helped to give us sneak previews super fast, allowing us to look at the photos in excitement. When my fiancé proposed, Lucia was there to secretly capture the moment (those pictures I will cherish forever! 🩷) Following the proposal we were able to have an couples photo shot around Amsterdam.
