Hey, I’m Lucia! I’m a Amsterdam-based Storytelling Wedding and Couple Photographer, originally from Slovakia. Photography has always been a part of my life, but when my husband and I moved here in 2020, I decided to dive in full-time. After settling in Amsterdam, we welcomed our daughter, Kylie, in 2022 — she’s been our greatest adventure yet!
My style? It’s all about capturing the raw, real moments that make your story uniquely yours. Whether it’s the connection between you and your partner or the joy of your family together, I’m here to make sure your memories are preserved in a way that feels genuine and fun.
Beyond the camera, I’m big on mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and self-development. I love balancing the busyness of life with some quiet reflection. But don’t worry, it’s not all zen vibes — I’m also a sucker for a good TV binge! Whether it’s Friends, Gossip Girl, or The Big Bang Theory, I’m here for all the feel-good shows. I also love exploring new countries and trying out different foods, so I’m always ready for the next adventure.

My photography journey started during COVID, capturing food and restaurants, but everything changed when my daughter, Kylie, was born. That’s when I fell in love with photographing people, and from there, things moved fast!
What I love most is capturing those raw, real emotions — the moments that truly matter. Whether it’s a couple’s connection or a family’s joy, I aim to tell your unique story through my lens.
I’m all about making you feel comfortable in front of the camera. My goal is to ensure you not only love the photos but enjoy the whole experience as well!

Sometimes, I’m in the middle of the action; other times, I’m quietly observing, making sure I catch the moments you might not even notice, like the shared glance between you and your partner or your aunt’s epic dance moves.
My job is to help make sure your day flows effortlessly. I’ll guide you through the timeline, work with other vendors, and keep everything on track so you can enjoy the moment. From start to finish, I’m there to tell your story in a way that feels natural and genuine, ensuring you’ll relive every memory through your photos for years to come.
Rain, hail or shine, I won’t miss a beat
When I need to unwind after a busy shoot, you’ll likely find me taking a long bath with a glass of wine and a good book. It’s the perfect way to recharge and reflect on the day.
Travel is a huge passion of mine, and I dream of photographing weddings in beautiful places like Spain, Dubai, or California and doing couple shoots in vibrant New York. Every destination holds its unique charm, and I love the idea of capturing love stories in new and exciting locations.

When I’m not behind the camera capturing love stories, you can find me indulging in my favorite hobbies. I’m a self-proclaimed bookworm, collecting books even before finishing the ones I’ve started because I can’t resist the allure of a new story. There’s just something special about holding a physical book in my hands; I refuse to read online!
I also cherish my time playing with my daughter, Kylie, and planning our next family adventure. Whether it’s exploring a new city or trying out a local cuisine, I’m always on the lookout for new experiences. I have a particular obsession with Italian and Mexican food, and I could talk about the perfect pasta or taco for hours!
